Follow this easy biryani recipe to make a flavorful and aromatic Delicious Biryani at home using premium biryani masala:

Step 1: Marinate the Meat

In a bowl, combine meat with plain yogurt, biryani masala, garlic-ginger paste, and finely chopped tomatoes. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the taste.

Step 2: Cook the Marinated Meat

Cook the marinated meat on medium heat until it becomes fully tender and the oil starts separating. This creates a rich, flavorful gravy base.

Step 3: Boil the Rice

Boil high-quality basmati rice with a pinch of salt until it is about 80% cooked. Drain the water and set aside.

Step 4: Layer the Biryani

In a deep, heavy-bottomed pot, start layering:

  • Add a layer of cooked meat

  • Then add a layer of boiled rice
    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Step 5: Add Toppings for Aroma

Sprinkle crispy fried onions, fresh mint leaves, chopped coriander, sliced green chilies, lemon slices, and saffron milk (or kewra water) for an irresistible aroma.

Step 6: Dum Cooking (Steaming)
