1. Prepare Stuffed Chilies:
Mix 2 tablespoons of Nakhal Achar Gosht Masala with lemon juice.
Fill this mixture into whole green chilies and set aside.
2. Cook the Meat:
Heat oil in a pan. Add meat, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt, and the remaining Nakhal Achar Gosht Masala.
Cook on medium heat for 7–10 minutes until the oil separates.
3. Add Water and Simmer:
Pour in 2 to 3 cups of water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat until the meat is fully tender.
4. Add Tomatoes and Finish Cooking:
Add blended tomatoes and cook on high heat for 5–6 minutes.
Then, place the stuffed green chilies on top and continue cooking until the oil separates and the masala is thick and flavorful.
