Fry the Onions
Heat oil or ghee in a deep pot and fry sliced onions until golden brown. Remove half the fried onions and crush them for later use.
Sauté the Meat
In the same oil, add meat of your choice, garlic-ginger paste, and Nakhal Korma Masala. Cook on medium heat and sauté well until aromatic.
Add Yogurt and Crushed Onions
Stir in plain yogurt and the crushed fried onions. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
Simmer Until Tender
Add water as needed. Cover and cook on low flame until the meat becomes soft and fully tender.
Garnish
Top with the reserved fried onions, chopped green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves for added flavor and aroma.
Serve and Enjoy
Serve hot with freshly baked naan or steamed basmati rice for a complete, restaurant-style korma experience at home.
