Prep Time: 15 minutes | Marination Time: 2–8 hours | Cook Time: 25–30 minutes
Prepare the Meat:
Use 500g to 1kg of chicken, beef, or mutton, cut into small tikka-style cubes.
Add Flavorful Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine:
• 2–3 tablespoons of garlic paste
• ½ cup of oil or melted butter (save some for basting)
• 1 full packet of Nakhal Tikka Masala
Mix Thoroughly:
Coat the meat evenly with the spice blend for rich, aromatic flavor.
Let It Marinate:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor absorption.
Choose your preferred method:
✅ Charcoal BBQ:
Thread marinated meat onto skewers and grill over hot charcoal. Baste occasionally with oil or butter. Cook until tender and slightly charred for that authentic smoky flavor.
✅ Frying Pan Method:
Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the tikka pieces on medium heat, turning until evenly browned and fully cooked.
✅ Oven Baked Tikka:
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the marinated meat on a greased baking tray. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
Serve hot with mint chutney, naan, or fresh salad for a truly delicious tikka experience.
